 Pay online by Card for secure, faster, and contactless delivery.  (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, Apple Pay)

Cash On Delivery (CoD)

 Applied for domestic delivery only.

Pay cash on delivery time. We charge 10AED for CoD service per order.
Notes: Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Wireless On Delivery (WoD)

This method is temporarily suspended.

Pay by card at the delivery time.

Customers can search Orood store using the search bar and also they can search the required products by category.

Note: if you cannot search or find your item in our list, please message us (support@orood.ai) and we will do our best to include the product in our stone as soon as we can.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Oman. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

UAE - Express Delivery (Within 1-2 Days)

Under express delivery method, we deliver within 1 - 2 days from the time you place the order. Delivery is Free for orders above 200AED, and we charge 10 AED Only if order value is less than 200 AED.

KSA - Express Delivery (Within 3-5 Days)

We deliver within 2 - 5 days from the time you place the order. We charge 25SAR for the first 1KG and we apply extra 15SAR per each extra KG.

Oman - Delivery Within 3-5 Days

We deliver within 3 - 5 days from the time you place the order. We charge 25AED for the first 1KG and we apply extra 10AED per each extra KG.

UAE - Express Delivery (Within 1-2 Days)

KSA - Express Delivery (Within 3-5 Days)

We do not offer same-day delivery right now. 

We do not offer self-pickup now.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
